Puff pastry

  • 500g plain flour
  • 250g butter
  • squeeze lemon
  • teaspoon salt

Sausage filling

  • 1kg of sausage mince
  • 1/2 loaf soaked bread
  • 1 tsp beef stock
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • dash tomato sauce
  • tsp mix herbs

Pipe mixture onto puff pastry, roll and seal and bake 30mins at 200 degrees C.

Serve. Watch them disappear with adults and kids alike!
