A recipe from Helve Fung – A Bit on the Side
- Truffle paste (available at Essential Ingredient)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Goats curd (available at Essential Ingredient)
Slice mushroom, add truffle paste – sauté over a high heat in some good olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & fresh parsley.
Serve with goats curd on bruschetta, toasts or croutons or in little tarts.
Also delicious served with steak, or toss with pasta & grilled chicken or fold into an omelette.
