Ingredients
Puff pastry
- 500g plain flour
- 250g butter
- squeeze lemon
- teaspoon salt

Sausage filling
- 1kg of sausage mince
- 1/2 loaf soaked bread
- 1 tsp beef stock
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- dash tomato sauce
- tsp mix herbs
Pipe mixture onto puff pastry, roll and seal and bake 30mins at 200 degrees C.
Serve. Watch them disappear with adults and kids alike!
